Hey, I’m Cienna!

Once upon a time, I walked into Target, spent $400 on a Nikon D3500, and unknowingly set my life on a new adventure. That little camera ignited my love for storytelling, and I've been chasing light, laughter, and love ever since. From there, I dove headfirst into photography—taking classes, practicing daily, and offering free sessions to build my skills and confidence. Little did I know, this was just the beginning.

Creating Safe Spaces: My Journey with Boudoir

In the early years, I specialized in boudoir and empowerment photography. It wasn’t just about snapping pretty pictures—it was about creating safe, uplifting spaces where women could shed their self-doubt and embrace their confidence.

Before I knew it, my little business took off! I opened a downtown studio, went full-time, and started working with amazing people who completely shaped my journey. One of the moments I’ll always remember? My first Halloween group session in 2020—witches, costumes, and over 50 incredible people showing up to join the magic. Those photos still give me the best vibes. To this day, they’re some of my absolute favorites.

Pushing Boundaries: A New Creative Journey

As much as I loved boudoir photography, I felt the urge to explore new creative paths. I wanted to stretch my wings, experiment with different types of sessions, and see how far I could grow as an artist. And that led me to what I do now—creating Lightroom presets, writing guides, and building spaces for photographers to connect and inspire each other. Every new project brings me back to the heart of why I love this work: storytelling, creativity, and pushing myself to keep learning.

There’s more to me than photography, though! When I’m not behind the camera, you can probably find me curled up with a good book, writing on my blog, creating fun content, or, let’s be honest, losing track of time playing video games. A few things about me: I love Jesus, and my faith is what keeps me grounded, kind, and focused on making people feel seen and valued. I'm a HUGE Michael Jackson fan, and Titanic is my movie soulmate. Oh, and I’m obsessed with Jellycat plushies—because let’s be real, who doesn’t need a little softness in their lives sometimes.

Kindness is the heart of everything I do. My goal is always to make my clients feel like they’re more than just a photoshoot—they’re SEEN, celebrated, and totally worthy of feeling beautiful. When we work together, I want you to feel like you're hanging out with a friend who just gets you.

These tools aren’t just about making photos look pretty—they’re about empowering photographers to create something uniquely theirs.

Jaide & Jett isn’t just about presets though—it’s about community. Through my Facebook Group and Instagram, I’ve created a space where photographers can share, connect, and grow together. I can’t wait to keep expanding this community and sharing even more tools to help you tell your stories through photos.
